Now that France is opening up its doors again to travellers (even if the UK is lagging somewhat behind), it seems an excellent time to be re-opening our doors at “At Home with French” – either physically or online – so welcome back!
It’s been a very difficult period for all of us, during which I’ve continued offering online lessons in both French and English, and Ive also spent a good few months preparing for an audit , which I ‘m delighted to announce led to me being awarded the quality label, “Qualiopi”. I liken being “qualiopi-ed” to being “ofsted-ed” – it involved an intensive full-day’s audit, where I had to demonstrate proof that I meet about 25 criteria (in fact, there are 32 in total, but not all were relevant in my case). This quality label is given to me for all the training courses I run, but it is especially important for anyone wishing to use their “CPF” (compte personnel de formation) training budget, which is a personal training account the French government gives to every person working in France ! Quite amazing, isn’t it? And what if the UK Government did the same, eh? So, if you, or anyone you know, is working in France and interested in having French (or English) lessons, I would be delighted to be of assistance !
