Welcome to the first blog of this new site “At Home with French”, designed to bring both Brits and Bretons together, both linguistically and culturally. As I write this, we are suffering from the Covid pandemic, making travelling between the 2 countries a physical impossiblity for most of us, but online communication has really opened up the possibliity to bring individuals from our 2 nations together to discuss, to learn each other’s languages and to plan ahead for physical meetings and holidays in the future.
I will add to this blog on a fairly regular basis and I’d be delighted to add relevant content from others as well, so please feel free to contact me with material should you wish.
