Our policy is to ensure absolute customer service and to that end we will always offer a free online lesson of up to an hour.
BOOKING OF AND PAYMENT FOR LESSONS
Booking of lessons is very flexible and is done according to the diary of both teacher and student with payment made via bank transfer or PayPal.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING OF LESSONS
Should a student be unable to attend a booked lesson or lessons, that student may reschedule the booked lesson or lessons to any other available time or times at no cost or penalty, providing at least 24 hours notice can be given. Lessons cannot be rescheduled less than 24 hours before the lesson is due to commence and no refund will be given.
REFUNDS
If a student changes his/her mind after booking a lesson or lessons, a full refund will be given, provided notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the lesson.
If the teacher needs to reschedule a lesson, he/she will aim to give at least 24 hours’ notice, though on occasion this may not be possible. Should a lesson be cancelled by the teacher and the student prefers not to reschedule he/she shall be entitled to a full refund.
